Cedric Bailey’s Annual “Veterans Salute” Traffic Jam
This Friday, November 11, 2022, Cedric Bailey’s traffic jam radio show will air its annual show
Salute to Veterans program live from WREJ Studios 990 AM/ 101.3 FM in Richmond, VA, 2-7 PM EST. Each Veterans Day, Bailey dedicates the entire program to celebrating those who have served the country through their military service. The show also spotlights businesses and organizations that support veterans in extraordinary ways. WREJ on-air personality and program director Randy Jackson will co-host this year’s show.
Cedric Bailey (US Army) and Randy Johnson (US Navy) are both veterans and honored with
celebrate veterans and their families. The Veterans Tribute broadcast highlights businesses, nonprofits, and faith-based organizations for their outstanding contributions to supporting veterans. The program offers special discounts, employment opportunities, housing, health services and resources. In addition, the program includes heroic stories, interviews, reflections and cries from listeners.
This year’s salvation will also highlight the ministry of Saint Paul Baptist Church. Pastor Lance Watson is known for his exceptional outreach to veterans and the wider community. On Saturday, more than 120 veterans and their families will attend a free luncheon hosted by Saint Paul Baptist Church and supported by CVS Health. Bailey, Johnson and other special guests will be present.
The union member Cedric Bailey’s traffic jam program aired in the afternoons on the Rejoice! Musical Soul Food Network, and on nearly thirty other stations in cities including Virginia Beach, New Orleans, San Francisco and Cincinnati.
